These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GolfPod website and your bookings at our indoor golf facility. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings can be made online through our website. To confirm a booking, we ask for your name, phone number, and email address. A booking is confirmed once we have sent you a confirmation by email or phone. Please check that your contact details are correct so that we can reach you about your booking.
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as early as possible so that we can offer the slot to other players. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are free of charge. Bookings that are cancelled at short notice or not used may be subject to a charge. If we need to cancel your booking, we will contact you and offer an alternative time or a refund.
Please arrive a few minutes before your booked time so that your session can start on schedule. Your bay is reserved for the time stated in your confirmation. If you arrive late, your session may still end at its originally scheduled time so that the next booking is not delayed.

We may ask anyone who breaches these rules, or whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, to leave the facility.
You may bring your own golf clubs or borrow ours. You are responsible for any equipment you borrow, and for any damage caused by misuse. Please report any damage or fault to our staff immediately.
Fees for bay hire, coaching, and any other services are those displayed at the facility or quoted at the time of booking. Fees are payable by the methods we accept at the facility. We may change our fees from time to time; changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
Golf involves physical activity and the use of sports equipment, which carries an inherent risk of injury. You take part at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought into the facility, or for injury resulting from a failure to follow our safety rules or staff instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The Terms in force at the time of your booking are the ones that apply to it.
