User Data Deletion

At GolfPod, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to make a request and what happens next.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to privacy@raisecom.mn with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In your email, please include:

• Your full name;
• The phone number you used to make your booking;
• The email address you used to make your booking;
• A brief statement confirming that you want us to delete your personal data.

We ask for these details so that we can find your records and confirm that the request is genuinely yours. Please do not send us more information than we ask for.

2. What We Will Delete

Once we have verified your request, we will delete the following from our systems:

• Your name, phone number, and email address;
• Your booking history and booking details;
• Any correspondence you have had with us about your bookings;
• Any preferences or notes linked to your records.

3. What We May Need to Keep

In some cases we may need to retain limited information, even after a deletion request. This applies where we have a lawful basis to do so, such as:

• Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes;
• Information necessary to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements;
• Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you personally.

Where we keep anything, we keep only what is necessary and for no longer than required, and we will tell you if this applies to your request.

4. Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. We will send you a confirmation once your personal data has been deleted.

5. Your Other Rights

Deleting your data is not the only right you have. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct anything that is inaccurate, or object to how we use it. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
